Emery County Parade

This is a bit late, oh-well. A couple of weekends ago, we attended the Emery County Parade in Castle Dale with my family. There is nothing like small town parades. The floats were throwing candy and the children on the sidelines kept inching closer and closer to the middle of the street. At one moment when a semi truck rolled through I was a little nervous and made my kids take a couple of steps back, but there were some kids who were standing right by the tires - really crazy and lots of fun.

Thats the best parade ever! Remember when we went to it when we lived in Provo? We took a bunch of friends down and slept in my backyard. And we went swimming at Joe's Valley. Good times!
